El Bosqueño sheep cured cheese in wheat bran
Wheat bran cheese made with sheep’s milk in an artisanal way. As the cheese matures, it gets darker and acquires more intense and differentiated flavors depending on the type. They leave a pleasant aftertaste on the palate.
Cheese matured for 3 to 7 months.
The wheat bran comes from the milling of cereals whose husk is shredded in the process.
