Jaqima Ronda dyed wine

Grapes: Syrah and Garnacha from the Serranía de Ronda.

Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation, 100% stemmed. The whole process is done by gravity Ageing: 9 months in French oak barrels Alcoholic content: 14 % Vol TASTING NOTES

Colour: Intense dark red, very bright, with soft tones.

Nose: Predominantly ripe fruit. It has expressive and pleasant aromas of ripe red fruits. Reminiscent of wet earth.

Palate: Ample and ripe. Persistent in the mouth with a long aftertaste and length.
