– Chardonnay: 55% – Sauvignon Blanc: 45%.

The visual shows a clean and bright golden yellow. The golden colour is due to the 5 months of work with its lees, in which these and the oxygen provided by the stirring of the lees during the first months give it this intense colour. The nose is intensely fruity, with a predominance of white fruits (apple, pear). As the wine oxygenates and warms up, a tropical fruit aroma appears.
