The purchase process in our store is very similar to that of any online store that can be found on the Internet.

• Once inside our store, we advise the customer to browse all our products and their description so that when selecting a product it is the one that is to their liking.
• Once you have seen the first product, click add to cart and the product will automatically go to your shopping cart.
• Once the shopping cart is complete, confirm your order by clicking on the «confirm» button, the store will automatically give you the option to register or if you are already a client of ours, you must identify yourself using your email and password.
• If you are a new customer, indicate the delivery address correctly including the telephone number of the person who will receive the order. The invoice will be generated automatically in your customer file, so if it is for a gift, include the new address indicating it to us.
• If your order is greater than €200, the delivery will be free within the national territory.
• Choose the payment method either by bank transfer which will take a little longer than if you do it by PayPal, an option in which you can also pay safely by credit card. If you do not have a PayPal account, the registration process is very simple and does not entail any cost for the client.
• Once the purchase is made, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address that you have provided confirming the purchase. If the transport agency saw it necessary, they would call you by phone to agree on delivery details.
